In June 2019, Duke Energy Renewables announced that they would install NRG Systems’ Bat Deterrent Systems on 255 wind turbines at their Los Vientos wind projects in Starr County, Texas – the first commercial installation of the technology in the continental United States. Prior to this commitment, Duke Energy played a pivotal role in the testing and development of our bat deterrent technology.
