Return Merchandise Authorization Request
To return NRG products for repair, please submit a request via email to email@example.com. Be sure to include:
- The full serial number for each product
- Product name and/or item number
- A description of the fault experienced at your site
- The current condition of your product
- Any other relevant information
Please note that as of June 1, 2018, we no longer repair all models of IceFree3 turbine control sensors. Technical Services can provide additional information and answer any questions you may have.
