NRG Tunnel Service

Create a remote connection interface between your fielded SymphoniePRO Data Loggers and SymphoniePRO Desktop Application when static IPs are impractical.

  • NRG Tunnel Service

Configuration Options

The ability to remotely connect to fielded data loggers is a useful feature when it comes to administering critical renewable resource measurement campaigns. This functionality allows users to make configuration changes, update device firmware, download historical data, view live data, and more.

Remotely connecting to fielded data loggers can be accomplished using a static IP address either at the logger (SIM card) or at the office, but these are not always practical options. Users in this position can rely on NRG Tunnel Service – an NRG-hosted software service – to provide a remote connection interface between fielded SymphoniePRO Data Loggers and SymphoniePRO Desktop Application.

How it works:

NRG Systems provisions a customer-specific instance of NRG Tunnel Service and provides instructions on how to configure both the data logger and SymphoniePRO Desktop Application to connect to that service. Once configured, users have seamless access to and management of their measurement assets using SymphoniePRO Desktop Application.

What is included:

  • Customer-specific instance of NRG Tunnel Service

  • NRG Technical Support

What is not included:
