This July, NRG Systems teamed up with longtime partner Leosphere to host a one-day seminar in Moscow. The goal of the event was to introduce NRG and its range of products and services to Russia’s fledgling renewable energy industry.
On February 27, Dwyer Haney, the Product Manager for Renewable NRG Systems’ (RNRG) Turbine Control Solutions line, participated in a panel at the AWEA Wind Project O&M and Safety Conference in San Diego, California.
This October, Dave and Barry spent two weeks in China—a trip that brought them from Beijing to Nansan Island, Zhanjiang, Guangdong province and eventually to the Puding county, Anshun, Guizhou province in the country’s southwestern region. The purpose of the visit was two-fold: to install Hybrid XTs on two existing turbines in vastly differently environments, and to attend the 2016 China WindPower Conference.

A recent trip to Beijing for the China Wind Power 2010 conference offered me the rare opportunity to reflect back on the future of the wind energy industry. You may have had that sensation of deja vu, the sudden realization you have seen a specific scene before, but the strength of the sensation on this trip was rare for me, and humbling.
