Raw 9200-PLUS file is not converting properly

Try the following: 1) Check the DataChip for any bent pins. 2) Read the DataChip that was used to generate the raw file in both sockets of your EE Reader. Do you obtain the same results? If not, a bad EEReader socket may be the problem. If you obtain identical results when reading in either socket and files from other DataChips read on the same EEReader can be converted without any problems, the EEReader is not the source of the problem. 3) Verify that you are using the most recent version of DL9210 software. After trying the above, you may contact NRG directly. Please describe the situation with a brief message. The message and raw file (as an attachment) can be emailed to support@nrgsystems.com. NRG support staff will investigate and give you a report of our findings and recommendations.
