GSM iPack error: “modem not found”

The “modem not found” error can occur when connecting a Quad-Band GSM iPack to a logger. Remove the SIM •Reconnect the Symphonie Logger
•Press: Home > 3 > 4 to view the iPack options
If you are able to see the menu options, then the SIM is the problem and is either faulty or not compatible with the iPack. Contact your cellular provider for a new SIM. Please contact us to report any compatibility issues: support@nrgsystems.com.
