Earlier this year, the Tech Services team was tasked with setting up a training in Bangkok, Thailand, for our Asia Pacific resellers. The training spanned two days and consisted of hands-on work with the SymphoniePLUS®3 Data Logger (day 1) and SymphoniePRO® Data Logger (day 2). I had the pleasure of meeting customers that I’ve supported for the last five years, and there was a great exchange of product knowledge and customer feedback.
