In light of President Trump’s decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement, I would like to assure our customers and partners across the globe that NRG Systems will continue to support the accord and its mission to combat the threat of climate change. As the need to keep the global temperature from rising becomes more acute, it is heartening to see elected officials, CEOs, and representatives from a variety of institutions band together to voice their commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions regardless of the federal government’s actions.
NRG Systems will continue to design and manufacture tools for creating more renewable energy, cleaner air, and ultimately, a safer environment for generations to come. We will continue to lessen our own impact on the environment by employing lean manufacturing practices and we will continue to power our LEED Gold-certified headquarters with renewable energy. And we encourage you to do the same.
Now, more than ever, it is up to us – especially those of us in the United States – to continue to invest in renewable energy and advocate for climate change action. Our future depends on it.
