Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), working with AWS Truepower of Albany, New York, has installed the WINDCUBE at WHOI’s Martha’s Vineyard Coastal Observatory (MVCO). Funding for the installation was provided by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) as part of its Metocean Initiative. Renewable NRG Systems supplied the Lidar and will perform biennial maintenance services from its headquarters in Hinesburg, Vermont.

Renewable NRG Systems (RNRG), a designer and manufacturer of decision support tools for the global renewable energy industry, announced today the supply of a solar resource assessment (SRA) system to Ventus Ingeniería to reduce solar irradiance uncertainty at a project in Panama.

NRG Systems has announced today that it secured a contract with the State of New York for the supply of up to 17 WINDCUBE 100S 3D Scanning Doppler Lidars for the New York State Mesonet, an Advanced Weather Network dedicated to improving the detection and prediction of severe weather events.
