SymphoniePRO App | Connecting to a site with Metlink Listening enabled

(Note: Metlink Logger Listening must be enabled and the iPack must have a static IP in order for this process to work).

1. Hover over gray connection icon on the right side of a site list.

2. Select connection icon 

• If this is the first time connecting to the site you’ll need to enter the iPack’s Static/Fixed IP address and press Save.
• If the iPack Static IP Address has been saved before, the program will initiate a connection and the icon will turn green when connected.

3. Double click on the site list to enter the Logger page on the SymphoniePRO Desktop app. Here you will be able to retrieve data, or adjust any other setting remotely.
