Where can I obtain firmware downloads to update iPacks and SymphoniePRO loggers?
NRG will post firmware files to our website in the Technical Services section, which any user is free to download. Once the firmware is downloaded to the user’s PC, it can be applied to the SymphoniePRO system either remotely or on site using the SymphoniePRO Desktop Application.
