Explanation: Symphonie hardware revision

The Symphonie system reports the hardware revision as follows:
XXX-YYY-ZZZ
 
where
 
XXX = the logger firmware revision
 
YYY = the MMC control and user interface firmware revision
 
ZZZ = the iPack firmware revision
 
Note: if the iPack firmware revision is reported as 000, the logger did not detect an iPack present at the time the rwd file was created. This could be a sign that the iPack battery has depleted, the iPack was removed or an external event has affected the logger which prevented it from detecting the iPack.
 
If you see the iPack revision change to 000 (in emailed data), it is suggested that the event log in SDR is checked.
 
In SDR, Site>View Event Log select site from list and click "OK".
