Can’t Open RLD File: Fewer Bytes Than Expected
Unable to open a *.RLD file and getting an error like this?
This means that the logger/iPack was unable to send the whole data file successfully and this partial file is incomplete and cannot be opened.
The logger/iPack will send the full data file next time it sends data.
Another way to spot these incomplete files is to look at the size of the file. If the *.RLD file is less than the usual number of kb, then the file is incomplete.
