SymphoniePRO App | Saving Communication Log

Save Communication Log is found under the Help menu within Fleet View. This file can be emailed to NRG Technical Services to help in remote troubleshooting.

1. Select Help > Save Communications Log

2. Choose where to save .log file (Note: By default this will always be saved to your Log path).

3. Send file to NRG Technical Services for review.
