Telling the age of a 200P wind vane

Each 200P vane has a four digit date-code etched into the bottom of the body.

The first two digits correspond to the year the vane was produced and the last two digits correspond to the week the vane was produced. For example, the date-code 0152 corresponds to a 200P vane produced the 52nd week of 2001.
