Symphonie call-in interval

NRG recommends a daily call-in schedule. Daily call-in provides the maximum number of opportunities to make a patch in the event of a problem. Plus, you’ll be alerted to the problem much more quickly.

In extremely cold climates, schedule the call for late in the afternoon when the sun is still out and the PV panel has had the maximum amount of time to charge the battery. For areas with a lot of cellular traffic, it may be a good idea to schedule calls for the middle of the night when few other people will by using their cellular phones and ISPs are least busy.
