"One or more CRCs do not match" error message
If you set up your Symphonie Logger with a data encryption personal identification number, the PIN also must be entered in Symphonie Data Retriever Software. The usual cause of the 'crcs do not match' message is when the PIN gets accidentally deleted in SDR.
To fix the problem, re-enter the PIN in SDR, and then re-save the site file.
