BadFileRenamed.NRG Files Received by Email

It is possible to see the filename "BadFileRenamed.NRG" emailed from the Symphonie logger.

This message actually comes from the iPack. The iPack asks the MMC for a file and the MMC sends the file and the filename to the iPack. The iPack processor sends the filename to the modem through the internet processor. If there is a problem in this process, the iPack processor forces the filename to "BadFileRenamed.NRG" . This enables the system to accept and send the file without getting stuck on a bad filename.

It is very likely that the files on the MMC card are fine, but a site visit may be desired to check on the system.
