Thomas Lattanzio, NRG Systems' Director of Global Sales
NRG Systems, a global leader in precision measurement and data intelligence solutions, has promoted Thomas Lattanzio to Director of Global Sales. In this role, Lattanzio will lead NRG’s sales and revenue strategy, with a focus on expanding market presence, deepening customer engagement, and delivering strong commercial performance across the company’s portfolio.
With more than 20 years at NRG Systems, Lattanzio brings deep industry expertise, strong institutional knowledge, and long-standing relationships with many of the company’s largest customers and technical partners worldwide. Over his tenure, he has played a central role in extending NRG’s international reach, building high-performing sales teams, and aligning the company’s solutions with evolving market needs across the energy sector. He will continue to lead and scale NRG’s sales organization, which spans North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Lattanzio holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Champlain College. He is also a graduate of the inaugural cohort of the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program, a global initiative of ESCO Technologies focused on accelerating high-potential talent and strengthening organizational capability across its businesses.
