Windows COMM Port Settings for SDR / WDR
The "Communications Port Properties" in windows control panel does not have any effect on applications. Programs that use the COMM port will automatically set the port to appropriate settings regardless of what was set in the control panel.
SDR / WDR, for example, set to 19200 bps, no parity, 8 bit data, 1 stop bit for reading DataPlugs.
