Send your Windcube Vertical Profiler or Windcube 100S/200S/400S Scanning Lidar to NRG for a full system inspection and routine maintenance.
An Inspection and Update Service is available for customers who would like to send their Windcube Vertical Profiler or Windcube 100S/200S/400S Scanning Lidar to NRG for routine maintenance. The service includes an inspection of major Windcube components, updates to the latest software and hardware as applicable, and a final system check against a reference unit to confirm normal operation. Parts and labor costs associated with any necessary repairs uncovered by the inspection are billed separately. A maintenance report of work performed is provided with the updated Windcube when it is returned. A formal Lidar-to-Lidar validation, also sold separately, can be done following maintenance work to establish a traceable record of Lidar performance.
