The 80-meter XHD TallTower™ is a highly versatile meteorological tower designed specifically for wind resource measurements, is ice-rated for extreme climates, and meets the applicable sections of ANSI/TIA-222-G.

Superior design and sturdy galvanized steel tube construction make NRG Systems TallTowers reliable and easy to transport to remote sites. Tower tube sections slide together, are secured by bolts, and then tilted-up from the ground using a ginpole and winch.

No cranes or concrete foundations are required for installation. NRG Systems TallTowers are supported with aircraft grade cable guy wires per Federal Specification RR-W-410F and anchored with power-installed screw-in anchors.
