This kit provides a junction box and cabling to extend the standard power and signal cables included with IceFree sensors to the base of the tower. The HEII2C3C40M-Kit includes 40m signal cables for one IceFreeII Heated Anemometer and one IceFreeII Heated Wind Direction Vane, a 40m power cable, plus a junction box with mounting hardware. Cables attached to the IceFree sensors are wired to the junction box, and then 40m signal cables and power cable run from the junction box to the base of the tower. Signal cables are 20 gauge and are designed for use in a wide range of temperature and environmental conditions, and shielding guards against electronic interference. Power cable is 3-conductor, 14-gauge SJOW. Junction box is made of UV-resistant PVC plastic, and terminals are weather-tight cable grips.
