This kit provides a junction box and cabling to extend the standard power and signal cable included with the IceFreeII Heated Wind Direction Vane to the base of the tower. The HEII3CSPC30M-Kit includes a 30m signal cable for one IceFreeII Heated Wind Direction Vane, a 30m power cable, plus a junction box with mounting hardware. Cables attached to the IceFreeII heated sensor are wired to the junction box, and then the 30m signal cable and power cable run from the junction box to the base of the tower. Signal cable is 20 gauge and is designed for use in a wide range of temperature and environmental conditions, and shielding guards against electronic interference. Power cable is 3-conductor, 14-gauge SJOW. Junction box is made of UV-resistant PVC plastic, and terminals are weather-tight cable grips.
